Important notice regarding text messaging data. Development Dream Home Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") does not share customer opt-in information, including phone numbers and consent records, with any affiliates or third parties for marketing, promotional, or any other purposes unrelated to providing our direct services.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Name, email address, phone number, and the address of the property you want work done on
- Details about your project: the type of remodel, your timeline, your budget range, and whether you own the home
- Your consent record for calls and text messages, including the exact wording you agreed to and the date and time you agreed to it
- Notes from your enquiry, appointment details, and any correspondence with us
Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser type, and device information
- Pages visited and how you interacted with our website
- Cookies and similar technologies, including advertising pixels
2. How we use your information
- To contact you about the free in-home estimate you requested
- To schedule, confirm, remind you about, and follow up on appointments
- To send you follow-up messages about your project, including promotional messages, where you have consented to receive them
- To provide and improve our remodeling services
- To measure how well our advertising works
- To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations, including retaining consent records
3. Calls, text messages and AI-assisted communications
What you are opting in to
When you tick the consent box on our forms, you are agreeing to receive calls and text messages from us at the number you provided. These include:
- Appointment messages โ confirmations, reminders, reschedules and cancellations
- Marketing and promotional messages โ follow-up about your project, information about our services, and invitations to book an estimate
- Automated and AI-assisted calls โ an automated assistant may call you to help schedule your estimate. The assistant identifies itself as an AI at the start of the call, and will tell you plainly that it is an AI if you ask at any point. A real person attends your estimate.
Consent
We send these messages only to people who have explicitly opted in through a checkbox on our forms. That checkbox is never pre-ticked, and consent is not a condition of purchasing anything from us. We keep a timestamped record of the consent wording you agreed to. We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state law.
Message frequency
Frequency varies depending on where you are in the process. Our follow-up program sends up to approximately 12 text messages over a 65-day period, and stops earlier if you book, reply, or opt out. Appointment-related messages are sent as needed.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any text message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message, after which we will not text you again unless you opt back in. Opt-out requests are processed immediately. Reply HELP for assistance, or email developmentdreamhome@gmail.com. To stop automated calls, tell the assistant on the call or contact us using the details above.
Carriers and rates
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our messaging program is supported on major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most regional carriers.
SMS data protection. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing described in this policy, other than with the aggregators and providers that deliver the messages on our behalf.
4. Information sharing and disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers. Vendors who help us operate, including our customer relationship management platform, appointment scheduling tools, telephony and SMS providers, and email delivery services. They are contractually required to keep your information confidential and may only use it to provide services to us.
- Subcontractors and trades. Where necessary to quote or carry out your project.
- Legal compliance. Where required by law, legal process, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of others.
- Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer with the business and remains protected under this policy.
All of the above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, which are not shared with any third party other than the aggregators and providers of our text messaging service.
5. Advertising and analytics
We advertise on third-party platforms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and use their tracking technologies to measure results. These platforms may receive information about your visit and may match it to their own records. You can manage ad personalization in your account settings on those platforms.
6. Data security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections, access controls on our systems, and limiting access to people who need it. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our legal obligations. Consent records are retained for at least four years, because we may need them to demonstrate that consent was given. If you opt out, we keep a record of your opt-out so that we do not contact you again.

We use cookies and similar technologies to analyze traffic, remember your preferences, improve how the site works, and measure advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may limit some features of the site.
